If you are looking for a quick shachris minyan their early morning shachris minyanim are perfect. They usually finish shachris in about a half hour. The 9 o clock Sunday shachris is typically slower paced. They are the only game in town with a post sundown mincha which is always about 10 minutes after sundown. Also, they have a slow paced mincha at 1:35 pm Sunday to Thursday.
