I can't imagine Dom the mechanic not making everything right for any customer .. We are all humans and make mistakes. Dom went above and beyond for me while fixing my old 2017 mercedes .It was alot of work, but He took his time. Gave me a great price and had me up and running in no time. He even took my broken key fob to mercedes and got that fixed for me too .. plus he is an amazing mechanic !!!
I have never had a positive experience at an autobody shop, but Dominic and his crew exceeded my expectations! My car blew earlier this week and not only did they fix the issue in a timely manner, but they also corrected some minor flaws for a super fair price. He is truly looking out for his customer's and is kind and keeps you informed throughout the process. Ever since I started coming to Knights Auto Services, I refuse to go to another shop.
