That disclaimer is not highlighted anywhere in their marketing, which describes the service as a full deck restoration. After multiple failed attempts to fix the issue, Will Korth himself finally came out. Instead of offering a solution or standing behind the work, he told me they were “done trying“ and suggested I replace my entire deck with Trex after spending $7960 on their restoration. I wish someone had warned me… Consider this your warning!

Coby, Fabio, Erick, Klever, Victor and the rest of the team did outstanding work on our historic home. We had lots of painting, trim and molding, wall papering, and even fabrication of an arch and reading nook. The work was always of the highest quality and I feel fortunate to have found them. We had a wonderful experience working with Korth & Shannahan. Korth came in very competitively and their team was very professional and detail oriented in their proposal. The crew that came to do the work was friendly, precise and courteous and they went above and beyond to get our rooms looking great very quickly.
