Local Locker Storage

Easy and fast sign up. Customer services team are helpful. Easy to access location and well maintained lockers.

The service I've received with local locker has been top tier. Great customer service

Access hours says until 9:30pm, but at 8:30pm, the elevator isn't allowing access to the basement.
Had to leave all my stuff in the lobby until the next morning.

Update:
So they ended up clearing out the unit within a day.
Changed the rating for their quick response and action towards resolution.

Went to put a lock on my unit. My storage was filled to the top with stuff from another tenants stuff.
Upon inspection, there were heorin needles in some of the cases belonging to the previous tenant.
It's the most affordable option for storage in the area, but this will probably need to be addressed.
Still waiting to see how they'll resolve my storage issue.

Needing a storage unit in NYC is never fun. Local Locker was there for me from start to finish to help make things as frictionless as possible: from sign-up and move-in, to moving to a larger unit, and then adding a second, and thusly moving out... It was so nice to NOT have to climb a ladder to reach my unit, and to get to deal with live humans for customer service. If I still needed storage, this would be the only place to look!

I have a video/photo in a building across the street from the Local Locker Storage space. It's super convenient for my company to have a storage space here for props and furniture, to keep clutter out of the studio and save room. It's quick to sign up and get access to your storage space. I recommend it!
