Lombardo Homes & Estates is a full-service real estate company that promotes itself as selling homes for no commission and no obligation and paying your attorney fees. I could use any attorney I wanted and he would pay that fee but I chose to use a recommended attorney Raymond Verdi who was also great.
I never heard of this type of service before and found out that's because no one else does real estate like this.

I was also still able to remain a for sale by owner to sell on my own if I wanted, and if f I did sell on my own, I would owe nothing. What a great business model. Joseph Lombardo is a great negotiator, very knowledgeable, and really knows real estate, appraisals, and mortgages inside and out.
The bottom line is that Lombardo Homes & Estates marketed my home for free, gave me a free appraisal, got me more than the market value for my home and they even paid for my closing attorney fees. I would highly recommend his company to anyone and would certainly use them again if I need real estate services.
