Your local corner card store with every imaginable scratch off you could care to scratch. As if that wasn't enough two more machines to manually wager, two machines at the counter. Bottom line you won't miss a single game of quick draw. Yes he's extremely LUCKY to have you trying to buy that life changing ticket. And oh yeah he's sold more than his share to his customers !
