I had PRP done somewhere else before and honestly, it didn’t do much. That’s why I walked into Dr. Bair’s office skeptical.
The difference here is two things: (1) the way her team actually does the PRP feels more precise, and (2) she’s the only one around offering DHT blocker injections alongside it. That combo has made a noticeable difference for me.
I used to go to the New Paltz office, but now I’ve been coming to Lagrange since it’s closer. Same great staff — professional, easy to talk to, and they make the whole process comfortable.
And yes, it takes multiple sessions — it’s not a “one and done” miracle — but now, a few rounds in, my hair actually looks thicker. My wife says she notices it too (and she’s my toughest critic).
Bottom line: I went from writing off PRP as hype to now looking in the mirror and thinking, “Okay, maybe I don’t have to lean into the Jason Statham look just yet.”
If you’ve wasted money on foams, pills, or bad PRP before, stop. This place actually delivers.
My first visit to this dermatologist and it was excellent. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The Dr explained all my options clearly. I am very satisfied with the treatment so far!
went to Melissa for microneedling . She was very professional and kind.
Excellent care!
