Thank you so much for staying for the community of Elmhurst, Woodside and the rest of people in the Queens. I love your store and items! I would hate to see this store closed! Dont mind Burlington, they suck!! You are still the best in my books and I buy my clothes from your store!,
Cashier was unprofessional and dishonest. My friend and I after paid she tend to forget an item that was already charged. The item was behind the glass screen at the counter, so we weren't supposed to reach it because it was a cash register area. I asked her to give the item to us and she acted like she gave all to us but didn't. I had to point out and told her that item was belong to us. I have no idea what wrong with her.
This location definitely pales in comparison to the other locations I have shopped at. The design of the place is not cohesive and drains a shopper quickly. Ladies apparel is haphazardly placed about the store which makes it difficult to find things. The shoe department is in disarray and the shoe selection is not very good. The line to the register is one of those "trap" lines where you get caught up looking at the overpriced items conveniently placed on the shelves surrounding you. The prices were higher than other locations and the variety of merchandise was minimal. Staff was not too visible, the cashiers stayed busy.
