My grandfather was recently at admitted to Menorah for rehabilitation services. He was very weak and fraile and received amazing care at Menorah. He was able to quickly recover from an injury he had after a fall. The nurses, doctors, and rehabilitation staff at Menorah were wonderful. I highly recommend this facility.

In many cases this is a difficult time to make decisions to move a loved one to the next level. I made the decision to have my Father cared for in Menorah because they are the staple when it comes to care. Dolores Roque was there for me and my family every step of the way and did daily check ins to make sure that we had everything that we needed. If you need peace of mind, speak with the team at Menorah and ask for Dolores who always makes time to calm your fears. The facility is beautiful and clean and the staff was attentive and empathetic to me and my Sister. Thank you Dolores and your team for all you did for our Dad.

I highly recommend Menorah Center. My father is a resident there and I am very happy with the care he receives. Everyone at Menorah has been very helpful whenever we have questions about his care & are ready to assist.

My grandfather stayed at menorah center for rehabilitation and nursing care, and our family couldn’t be more grateful for the level of care he received. From the moment he moved in, the staff made him feel welcome, respected, and genuinely cared for.

I came all the way from the Northeast Bronx to take a tour of Menorah nursing home a few years ago .The tour was to be given by the director of admissions. The director was taking me around the nursing home then all the sudden she changed her mind and referred me to Boulevard Alp in Brooklyn. We had been talking and she may have thought that I would have no one to talk to at the nursing home. Maybe at that time I wasn't ready to go to a nursing home . But now I am ready to go to one because I need a higher level of care then can be provided by the supportive housing opportunities program that I reside in now in The Bronx.. I felt that from the past interactions I've had with various employees over the phone at Menorah and the way I was feeling from them that perhaps I would be denied admission because of them. My mother passed away a few months ago and she left me a third-pshe left me a third-party pooled trust with a significant value but it is not designed to pay for the medical care of the nursing home .i. Medicaid will be used to pay for this . I have noticed that Menorah reviews are read by the owner and that he sometimes comments on a review. I think that my situation would benefit from that if he decides to comment on my review. I'm just trying to ensure a fair chance at admission for myself Regarding a nursing home, my brother said that I if I'm I am admitted to one that I may have to stay there for the rest of my life . That's just the way it is . I have heard that where you are born has a great determining influence on your life throughout your life. I was born in Brooklyn and although I wasn't raised in Brooklyn, I feel that statement is very true.
