Mike Christastie runs a very efficient, effective & cheerful office. Whenever I have an issue, Mike resolves it in a timely manner. If not, he’ll offer an alternative solutions. It’s a pleasure to deal with Gabby & Denisse’s, cheerfulness & enthusiasm. I can’t say enough about their commitment to excellent customer service. Recently, due to an increase in my auto insurance renewal premium, I was going to switch to another Insurance Carrier & Agency. Through Denisse’s dedicated (above & beyond) resolution, knowledge, & capability, she was able to secure an auto insurance that meets my needs at a lower 6 month policy. I am sticking with this agency & will be happy to recommend this office to my friends.
