My experience was amazing. Sonia took really good care of me and my injury. It was my first time getting acupuncture, and I am looking forward to coming back for more treatments. She really knows what she is doing and can tell what you need just by looking at you.
Sonia is highly skilled in acupuncture and brings a wealth of knowledge to each session in a concise, practical manner. Since beginning treatment for my TMJ, she has also identified underlying issues with my digestion that I wasn't fully aware of. Her insights have been incredibly helpful—I’ve experienced significant improvements and feel immensely better after every visit. I highly recommend her services.
if you’re looking for an acupuncturist, Sonia is the one. I was having a neck pain for more than a month, and decided to give an acupuncture a try. Im so glad i did it because it really worked for me. As a first time getting acupuncture, I was nervous and concerned if it hurts. Luckily, Sonia was very caring and professional that really made me feel relaxed. Although I did feel a little tingling sensation in the beginning, every needle was gentlely inserted, it was a relatively pain-free experience. And most importantly, I noticed pain relief immediately after my first session. Thank you Sonia for making me feel much better. I’d definitely highly recommend her!!
OMG I barely write any google reviews but the acupuncture service at this place has made me shout out to the entire universe! As a restaurant server I am always suffering a super severe back pain and calf pain from all day standing, I have tried massage and salonpas patch to reduce the temporary pain, which means none of them works for me constantly. So my friend recommended mindfulness acupuncture to me. I was very skeptical at the beginning cuz it’s hard for me to trust that little needle can treat my problems. However, magic just happened that way! Chinese medicine has a long history and strong scientific base, and acupuncture as one branch really cure the pain by stimulating your central nerve system and release chemicals into deep muscle tissue and also help your blood circulation and metabolism. I am so amazed by the theory. Most important, my acupuncturist Sonia is super nice, patient and professional , she explained every details and why she placed the needle in certain points.Only 5 times visit , my back pain and calf pain already got a lot better! I will keep visiting Sonia! Also the studio environment is clean, quiet and aromatic, you will totally chillax with beautiful music while enjoy the treatment. strongly recommended Mindfulness Acupuncture to everyone!!!!!!!!
I had a wonderful experience at Oriental Refresh Acupuncture! It’s clean, beautiful, peaceful, and a relaxing experience every appointment. Sonia is super knowledgeable, kind and informative. She explains the personalized acupuncture treatments and how they holistically treat your conditions. I felt much better after each appointment and told all my friends and family to go! Linda and Lucy are also amazing with acupuncture and massage treatments. They made a huge difference in my well being and I love how nice everyone is. If you’re looking to get acupuncture or other holistic treatments, I highly recommend it.
