I love mystique so I am SO SAD to be leaving this review. Mystique used to be one of my favorite places to shop but they still have not opened up their fitting rooms due to the pandemic. This seems like a huge money grab because this is not per the CDC or any state guideline.
Today, I went to Mystique with the knowledge that any clothes I purchased that did not fit or I did not like would have to be returned if I wanted my money back. When I got to the register I was informed that “all bodysuit sales are final” - this is not a clearance item or a discounted item, it is a popular style of women’s shirt/tops. I was shocked and said “but I can’t even try this on?” and all they said was it is their policy.
If the stores policy is no fitting rooms and no returns it just feels like stealing from loyal customers. Hopefully they decide to open back up their dressing rooms.
I feel this store needs to cater to plus-size women.I saw multiple nice outfits but not in my size, so disappointing. Some of their clothes are pricey. The store is clean and organized.
