The employees were extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to return the alternator core easily.
I just experienced one of the things that is difficult to find nowadays, Great service . I was looking for a part for my car and for some reason it has been very difficult to find. Someone told me try Napa , after a couple of days on the phone with a different gentleman who was nice ordered the part for me . Unfortunately when I arrived at the store it was the wrong part luckily I ran into Bruce who went above and beyond to find what I was looking for so then I ordered more parts that I needed because of his help and ended up saving what would of cost me double at a dealership. Great experience great service and a pleasure to talk too.
The guys are always helpful. I made them my go to store after showing up looking for a special fuse one of the guys went above and beyond to help me with the issue. He even took his own time to fix the broken fuse I had on me I offer to pay him he refused. He told me he was just trying to help. Which he did tremendously. I highly recommend these guys!
This is a real pro parts store. Counter guys know what they are doing. Parts quality is a step above other chains. Online ordering works well. When one of the parts I ordered was going to be delayed by an hour, they called me to advise. That's pro-level service! Prices are comparable, sometimes lower than the chains. I drive about 1/2 hour to get there, but it's worth it!
