As a client of theirs for about 10 years, I believe this location has had new management within the last few years, and their tactics are aggressive and horrible.

The facility is somewhat clean and keeps the place well-secured, but they now double-lock your unit after only five days, which never happened before and before the late fee is even placed on the account.

While the initial late fee of $20 after 9 days is acceptable, if you wait another 3 weeks, you are hit with a second fee. If the account extends into a new month, they charge another 20 dollar late fee aan most alarmingly, you are then hit with an auction fee and threats of your unit being sold when the account is not even 35 days late.

I wish they would do better by their most loyalest clients oppose to these disgusting and appalling acts against the people who have been around the most.

An FYI ppl that have storages for this long are usually holding on to a memory of some sorts so try being kinder to your customers!

Dolores was very kind and professional when I went in! I had a lot of questions regarding the units but she was patient and made sure I received all the info I needed. Great customer service.

I have had a great experience with NYC Storage plus for the 2/3 years I’ve had my belongings there. The workers were great at doing their job and were very helpful. Prices are fair and units are clean. No complaints and definitely recommend. Thank you for everything!

I had a great experience there. The receptionist was very nice and helpful! They were very responsive. I just emptied my storage unit out which was easy and convenient.

From the very moment I called them needing a free pick up ASAP because I could not deal with CubeSmarts constant rent increases they have been amazing and were able to move me in the same day! Everyone has been nice and helpful ever since but most important trust worthy (no hidden fees)! 10 years later I still leave with a smile on my face after catching up with Devante in the warehouse or speaking with Inari at the front desk. Everyone always greets me when I come in and no matter how stressed I am from work they always make me laugh. They have boxes, tape, bubblewrap and much more that you can buy as well making my job much easier. I will continue to store my business equipment here for many yearss to come😁
