My wife and I stopped here on a recent road trip and got takeout. I had the southwest salad and my wife and a chicken sandwich. The salad was very tasty and fresh. The chicken I had on the salad was very tender and spiced just right. None of the flavors were overpowering so you could taste everything in the salad. My wife's chicken sandwich was very tender, and she commented on how much she liked it and stated they were very nice to her inside. If you are local or driving across the former Tappan Zee bridge, it is defiantly worth the stop just off the highway.
The vibe is very good. The scrambled eggs were cooked to perfection and very buttery. The French toast came out quickly and was fantastic. The coffee is neither too strong nor too light. On a Sunday morning there is a nice buzz inside of families having a meal together. Would recommend highly. Quality aura.
Saturday Morning breakfast at a Diner? Why not? We made the scenic drive to Nyack and found this fantastic little spot. Friendly from the jump, we were seated right away in a cozy booth. It was busy but all I saw were a sea of happy faces. This place is doing something right. We will be back!
Stopped by Nyack Diner for breakfast, and it was the perfect start to the day! The menu is packed with diner favorites, but the real star for me was the Nutella pancakes with fresh strawberries—fluffy, rich, and absolutely delicious.
The atmosphere is exactly what you want from a diner—cozy, welcoming, and no-frills in the best way. Whether you're stopping in for a quick bite or a leisurely meal, the service is friendly, and the portions are generous.
I ate breakfast here twice and enjoyed it each time. My first meal was the Latin Breakfast. I liked everything on the plate, especially the plantains and sausage. My second meal was eggs and pancakes. It's was simple and good. And I can't gorget the coffee...It made my morning better.
