I purchased my car from Jimmy and I also make sure he services it! He’s honest and does all he can to give me the best service possible, it’s also great that him and his guys really enjoy cars and motorcycles, it shows in their dedication to the work done.

I’ve been bringing my car to Orsaris Auto for the past year, and honestly, they set the bar high. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I wasn’t just another job in the queue. They listened closely to my concerns (engine noise, braking feeling off), asked good diagnostic questions, then laid out what they’d do, what to keep an eye on, and why certain stuff should wait — all in plain language.

What really impressed me is how thorough they are. They didn’t just swap parts. For example, with the brake issue, they inspected the calipers, checked the pads, the rotor condition, fluid lines, everything. After the work was done, the tech took the time to show me the parts they replaced (not just tired pads but a slightly warped rotor I didn’t even know was a problem) and explained how all that related to what I was feeling when the car slowed down.

They also kept me updated. When they found something unexpected, they called first and gave options — I appreciated not being blindsided. Even better, the final bill came in exactly as quoted (no surprises). The car drives smoother now, braking is tight, and I trust that they didn’t cut corners or rush anything.

Customer service was excellent: polite staff, follow‐through on promised timelines, and they made sure I understood what was done. I left feeling that I’d gotten more than just a standard repair; I got a team that cares about getting things right.
