Have used Pinnacle many times and have always had a perfect experience. From the phone call to set up the appointmen. To flexibility as well as where the job is getting done. I work in service and needed my glass to be changed on site and they came right to my location. The glass installation has always been of the highest standard as well as the customer service and install. Would use over and over again and will. Highly recommend pinnacle. -Peter

I want to give a big shout out to Mike, Dan, and Kevin. Our car needed a windshield replacement through insurance. I’ve never had to replace my windshield ever in my life - and these guys were the utmost professional and easygoing people to deal with.

Getting your windshield replaced can be stressful, but this company made us feel comfortable and assured the whole way. I got an OEM glass replacement and we initially had an issue with the company - which they handled smoothly and made sure we had no issues.

These guys are pros and professional, definitely consider them to do you work. Most of their techs came from Safelite to work for Pinnacle which shows you that their talent is superior these “big chains”.

We just had a wonderful experience with Pinnacle, after our windshield was assaulted by a rock. The price was reasonable and Mike and Kirk were both pleasant to deal with. Carlos and Zach, the "A" team, were the techs who replaced our cracked windshield. They are a well oiled crew. Cordial, respectful, and highly competent. These guys have my highest recommendation!

So easy! So helpful. As I didn’t want the crack in my windshield to spread and become illegal to drive with, they were able to squeeze me in ASAP. Came to my home and replaced within an hour or two. It’s been weeks, and still no issues with my new glass. Definitely recommend Pinnacle !!
