Big inventory at a convenient location. The owner is very kind and eager to help. Best shopping experience on nautical gear near Manhattan.

First-time customer, they had excellent customer service. I stopped by for some fishing bait and supplies. The lady at the counter was very helpful, and they are always asking customers if they need help with anything. Will definitely recommend this place, and I will come back again.

Livia went above and beyond to help me with my insurance claim and paper work. She also was able to locate and get my oem Suzuki lower unit and had it in 48hrs. Exceptional service and communication highly recommend Suzuki dealer.

Frank and Livia were simply amazing. I am from Massachusetts but I was buying a boat and trailer in New York. Frank inspected the trailer and gave me a very accurate report, which was invaluable to enable me to decide to buy it sight unseen. Then, after I bought it, Frank took care of the various minor things that needed to be addressed (like repairing the lights), and the work on the trailer was critical because I was planning to rent a pickup truck over Memorial Day weekend, drive down to New York, and pick up the boat and I needed to trailer it back to Massachusetts immediately and I did not want to have any problems on that 200+ mile drive! When I mentioned Frank's name to the seller, he said "Oh yeah Frank, he's great; he does great work for everyone!" Which made me feel much better that Frank was well known around the boat yard. Frank did the repairs at a very fair price. And Livia did a wonderful job explaining everything to me and keeping track of everything. Then, when I came down to pick up the boat on Memorial Day weekend, disaster struck! The lights did not work AT ALL. I was so upset, and we couldn't figure it out. Of course, it was late Saturday afternoon when we realized this. So I tried calling the store, and -- thank goodness! - Frank answered. He said he would come out on Sunday morning of Memorial Day weekend at 7 am, so I could get on the road back to Massachusetts. How amazing is that! But could he fix it? And why were the lights even broken? I did not sleep well that night. At 7 am, in a pouring rain, I wondered would he even come? Yet Frank came -- and right on time! Then he tried the light on the trailer, and they worked perfectly? How could that be? Lo and behold, the problem was not in the trailer at all, but in the brand new rental pickup truck. So in the pouring rain, Frank went ahead and repaired the pickup truck! And he was able to sell me the special extension cord to connect the more modern (round) pickup truck connector to the older (straight) trailer connector. Thanks to Frank, we got on the road by 8:30 am, and we had the boat dropped off in Massachusetts by 1 pm. The trailer had no problems at all! Thank you Frank and Livia! I only wish we had you up here in Massachusetts!
