I’ll be honest — my experience with this shop didn’t start off the best. I was originally given a 5-day timeline for my car, but it ended up taking 10 days, and I was understandably frustrated. But what truly stood out, and why I’m still giving this review, is how the owner stepped in.
Once he heard what was going on, he took personal responsibility and made things right immediately. He made sure my car was finished right away and even arranged to have it delivered to me at no extra cost. That level of care and accountability is rare these days, and it meant a lot. I wasn’t treated like “just another customer”, but rather a valued member of their community.
They didn’t just fix my car — they restored my trust. And for that, I’m genuinely grateful.
PS. Shoutout to Joe for working overtime also to get things right!
Great customer service, people that work there were very friendly and helpful. They try work with your down payment/budget best as they can and making the process least stressful as possible

All I can say is they did a wonderful job at prestige. They will work with you every step of the way, I’m telling you. Great communication the whole time between me and the manager Jordan.
