We have an artificial wood deck that turned dark brown when power washed by a different company
Rolando painstakingly used the proper cleaners & actually hand scrubbed the deck to make it look brand new
He also painted the exterior of our front door again renewing it to its original beauty

From the initial estimate to the final walk-around, my experience with Pristine wash & paint was fantastic. I hired them to power wash my house siding and fence , which had years of dirt , mildew, algae, moss built up. The technician, Rolando, arrived right on time and was incredibly professional and courteous.
The results are amazing—it's a night-and-day difference.My house siding and fence is now spotless, and my home's curb appeal has been completely restored. I especially appreciated their attention to detail and how they took care to protect my landscaping, plants.. Everything was left perfectly clean when they were finished.

I contacted this company (Rolando is the owner) to do some exterior painting on my home. He came over, gave me a very reasonable estimate and I hired him. He did such a nice job, that I had him do some work on the interior of my home, again a great job! I then found out that he does POWERWASHING and I had him do the entire outside of my home and it looks great. I would highly recommend him for his quality work, but also because he is a real nice guy, shows up when he says he will, and is extremely clean when working. I have to say I am very impressed. I needed my porch repaired and painted. Contacted them and I got a punctual response, and they showed up on time. I had a quote in a few days. Hired them and the porch came out beautiful.
They guarantee their work !!! Porch was painted in October 2024. Notice over the winter a section was peeling. Sent pictures. No hassle, they contacted me immediately and scheduled a time to correct the issue.
