I had an excellent experience at this physical therapy office. I went in for hip and back pain, and John was absolutely amazing. He is knowledgeable, patient, and really takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. From the first visit, I felt comfortable and confident that I was in good hands. The exercises and treatments made a noticeable difference, and I’m feeling stronger and moving with much less pain. The entire staff is friendly and professional.
The staff is wonderful. They are all knowledgeable and very kind. The facility itself is very clean and neat. They are patient and have a sense of humor, which definitely helps me do the hard work that is needed. Many of therapy businesses I have gone to for previous surgeries was a large room of tables with bands and weights and very little equipment and they handed you a preprinted paper, quickly reviewed it and then you were on your own. Here, they are either with you or are very close by, observing and available for any questions you might have. Having had many knee surgeries I would absolutely highly recommend Professional Physical Therapy.
John and his staff are all so friendly and caring. They listen to when to you when something to that is to hard for you to do They will adjust the routine. I have been too many different physical therapy places and these place is the best. I will not go anywhere else. I highly recommend them. They definitely know what they are doing. You will not regret it.
Dr. John is an amazing PT who takes his time and genuinely cares for each patient. His aids Kat and Sean are awesome and very knowledgeable. The office is always clean and well organized. I can’t recommend this place enough for your recovery journey
