When I lost my car to a total collision, Randy was right there for me. Towed the car, did all paperwork, very KIND and UNDERSTANDING to me as I'm a nervous lady. He answered ALL my questions about the auto insurance, etc. I've been a LOYAL customer of RANDY'S for years. He is so honest and understanding. Anyone who says otherwise is completely wrong. I've never seen Randy get annoyed or yell at anyone. RANDY has the BEST MECHANIC, BILL. These men will never do anyone harm. Yesterday my Honda Odyssey minivan was stuck in the mud. I called Randy and he came over within 30 minutes. He was quick, calm and so understanding.
