I had the best possible experience buying my second MINI, and my salesperson was Nina Rutkovskaia — she answered every minute question I had when we were communicating by text both initially and during the process. She was a pleasure in person. When there was a hiccup related to the process for certified — something she had nothing to do with — she let me know immediately, brought in her manager, and thanks to her effort, they went over and above to make it right. Seriously, best experience and I’d come back to the dealership again, but especially if I knew Nina was my go-to. Truly A+. My beautiful Resolute Mini in 6-speed (a requirement that took me a while to find the unicorn) is fabulous. I’m a writer, and Nina even humored me by reading my “character analysis” of this badass car, named Marlowe Finch. While awaiting license plate and registration - I live out of state - she was my go-to when I wanted to check in and she answered so quickly each time, even on her day off. She tracks it down and gets it done. You’ve got a star, Ray Catena!
