Red Hots Spa at the Garden City Hotel

I’ve been to this Spa several times and every time they go beyond my expectations! Love coming here because I always leave relaxed. Andrea and Rose were so professional and listened to my needs. The signature massage is a must followed by a blow out!

I had a wonderful deep tissue massage with Ron ( his full name is Ronald). The decor and space was beautiful, clean, well kept, relaxing and smelt so good. The staff was very attentive, kind and helpful. While in the waiting room, you are offered Beverages and a warmed neck roll. Even upon entering the hotel, the staff was very courteous and friendly. I had a great spy experience here, and will definitely go back.

Ashley not only did a spectacular job with my makeup, but she is very friendly & personable while remaining professional. I felt comfortable and confident that I would get the look I wanted and I certainly was not disappointed. Kudos to Ashley and the entire Spa team for a great visit.

Very kind from reception to therapists. Facilities are clean and well attended.
Women’s locker room is adequate: bathroom, private changing section curtained off/ private shower area. Lockers were clean, enough for a medium sized back pack.
Lounge area was quiet, clean. At one point, we were in there with 4 other clients and everyone was respectful of each other - low voice volumes, no cell phone use, except for a couple who pulled theirs out of their robes at some point to check the time.
Ava, Nicole, Natalya made our spa experience seamless and comforting. We will be back.
