Hello. On April 21, 2025, I visited your facility to inquire about the process and requirements for a medical examination. I stood in front of the reception window for several minutes without being acknowledged. One staff member was occupied with paperwork and did not pay any attention to my presence. When I approached and asked about pricing and conditions, I was asked unrelated questions, such as how many people would be attending. During our brief conversation, the staff member stopped speaking with me after being distracted by a colleague. This behavior was disrespectful and unprofessional. I request that your reception staff be trained to show basic courtesy, such as greeting visitors with "Hello," apologizing if they are interrupted, and ending conversations with "Goodbye." 5 Star only to Doctor. Thank you.

Mark Vaysman is an amazing doctor, highly professional and most importantly very honest! His massage is real, without stroking and without reducing time. It is not surprising that it is effective. All the employees of this office are very friendly and respectful to patients. I highly recommend this office. I am sure that you will be satisfied and get the desired result!

I have pain last 2 year after that I received PT treatment @ mermaid office . Dr. Jivan treatment and after that I feels very better . No more pain .
