Rodaks save our behinds last weekend. We were driving up from the city in the area and noticed on the way back home that the undercarriage pan had come loose and we could not reattach it into place because it was so heavy. We brought the care here just 1/2 hour before closing suspecting a bigger problem and then took us right away with a smile. Turns out that, not only was the pan loose but it was packed with about 30lbs of compacted ice and snow that had been accumulating from the week prior. They defrosted it, removed it and sent us on our way with good conversation. So grateful. Guys like these are hard to come by these days.

Truly incredible service. I called to ask about getting a pre-buy inspection of a used car I was thinking of purchasing. They got me in same day, within a short window, and put the car up on the lift to give it a thorough check. John spent more than 30 min meticulously looking over the car, and explaining in a patient, respectful way what he was seeing and would be concerned about if he were purchasing the car. Then he took us on a test drive and diagnosed several issues with the car by feel or sound. He gave us his professional assessment without judgment or pressure to follow his advice-- and then he wouldn't take any money for any of the time or expertise!! Just said "Just be safe. Glad we could help." I was blown away by his obvious skill, knowledge, and honesty matched with such kindness and generosity. If I lived closer, John would be my go-to mechanic for everything. Highly recommend.

My husband and I were on a trip and started having car trouble and called Rodaks to see if they could take us asap, they happily said yes. Upon arrival they were immediately kind and helpful. They fixed the problem and ensured that the car was running great. Amazing work! We definitely recommend them to anyone!!
