I came here on a Tuesday in April.
It was midday because I thought I would avoid the rush.....
Boy was I mistaken.
It was super busy and NOT from actual customers...
I was lucky to find an open washer, but then
ALL 20 dryers were in use when there were only 4 paying customers in the store.
It is absolutely absurd that a paying customer has to wait for a dryer because they are all being used the by the drop-off service workers.
Absurd.
There are so many other laundromats in the area, don't bother wasting your time here. Example: the one at 47-18 Broadway (just on the other side of 48th St is SO MUCH better, cleaner and there are always machines available).
Great drop off service . Clean and new equipment with decent price. Highly recommended.
