Enrique has just left after resolving the issue with my solar panels. He found the root cause of the problem (water ingress due to improperly sealed end caps on 3 panels). The output breaker had tripped taking 5 panels off line during the recent stormy weather. He sealed up the end caps and verified all cables into the breakers were tight. He also found a problem with the CT installation which he corrected. I was very impressed with his knowledge, workmanship, and patience (with me as I peppered him with questions). Please pass along my appreciation to his supervisor. I am very pleased with Sea Bright for standing behind their work.

We had an issue with the back up batteries on our solar system. We contacted SeaBright and spoke with Mari. Mari understood our issue and scheduled Enrique to come out to our home and resolve the issue. Enrique showed up today. He quickly determined the problem and did what needed to be done to resolve it. Since our batteries had depleted, he stayed to make sure that they recharged properly. He also stayed until the batteries reached a charged level that he could test the whole system out to make sure the batteries were operating properly. Enrique was professional, neat and knowledgeable. Could not have asked for better service. It is great to have a solar system that is functioning properly again. Thanks for all your efforts!
After months of frustration with my own solar company I reached out to SeaBright. What a pleasure to deal with a company that actually answers their phone! They quickly made an appointment to come to my house & the technician the sent Timothy H was amazing! He quickly diagnosed the issue & fixed it. He was very professional & efficient.
