I had a great experience at sixtieth family dental clinic for my cleaning, fillings and crown-restorative procedure. Dr. Ling, the office manager, and the rest of the staffs were incredibly professional, caring & made me feel right at home. Dr. Ling was fantastic, was gentle & took the time to explain every step of the process, clearly outlined my treatment plan, which really put my mind at ease. The office itself is modern, tidy & i was taken in for my appointment exactly on time. They also have this payment plan that fits my budget and can make things much more manageable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTAL CLINIC TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR EXCELLENT CARE!!!

My first year as a patient here was great. All the doctors were knowledgeable, had excellent bedside manner, and the front desk staff provided great customer service. However the longer I visit, my experience has been inconsistent. I’ve been seen by new doctors who don’t have the same level of care or attentiveness, and I wait 30 minutes past my appointment time. Today I visited and a different front desk lady I encountered (11/13) had poor customer service. She seemed uninterested and had an unfriendly attitude. Usually, the staff here are very kind but unfortunately some people don’t seem suited for customer-facing roles.
