This results in excellent, well-reasoned, and acceptable suggestions for treatment. During my kids' appointment, Dr.Li demonstrated remarkable dedication by spending extra time to treat her cavity carefully and ensured I was fully informed of all necessary follow-up care. My children genuinely love Dr.Li, who clearly understands and comforts kids very well. They look forward to the future visits thanks to the super attractive toys prepared by the office.

The dental assistant is professional and highly efficient, always anticipating the tools needed. The receptionist is exceptionally patient and accommodating. Despite me having to reschedule multiple times because I needed to bring all three children simultaneously, they handled the changes professionally and kindly.

The office environment is new, clean, well-organized and outside the office is easy-parking, creating a pleasant experience for both kids and parents.

We have visited Dr. Li twice, and both experiences have been excellent. My daughter was initially very anxious about getting her cavities treated, but Dr. Li’s patience and gentle approach made her feel comfortable and allowed the treatment to be completed successfully. From the front desk receptionist, Chris to Dr. Li - has been the most postive and supportive experience for both my girls and a nervous mom like myself. Dr. Li was patient, gentle, and always took the time to explain everything. My kids actually look forward to their visits, which says a lot.
