SmartPark JFK

This service/ company was great ! We’ve never flown of JFK before so I was nervous about leaving our car in the long term airport. Everything was very smooth and easy drop off / arrival situation. If you’re unsure sure, def book it !!! Pricing was fair and I felt safe !

Very excellent service! The drivers were so nice and helpful. Once we landed I called and the driver got there within 10 min, did not even have to wait long. And as soon as we go there to pick up our car it was right there waiting for us. Will definitely use there services again for our future trips.

Parked my SUV here for 10 days for a family vacation (3 adults, a toddler, and an infant). When we arrived, an attendant quickly helped us unload all of our luggage from our truck and load it right onto their transport bus. We didn't have to wait at all, and the bus was very clean. The driver was very friendly and drove safely, and he helped us unload our bags at the terminal. We made it to the terminal in about 10 minutes, which is great considering all of the ongoing construction. On the way back, I called the number on the ticket they gave me and the driver arrived to pick us up in less than 10 minutes. Super easy directions, and again, the driver was very friendly and helped us with all of our bags. When we got back, our truck was in a staging area up front waiting to be loaded up.

The quoted price I saw online was exactly the price they honored in person. No tricks. No added hidden fees. The price was far better than the JFK long term lot and every other nearby private lot that I researched. It's located right around the corner from the long term lot.

Overall excellent experience. 100% will park here again the next time we fly through JFK. Strongly recommend this for families travelling with little ones and are unsure about the logistics of it all.

Excellent experience using SmartPark JFK! Our car was kept safe in their lot for 10 days- we were driven to the airport and picked up when we returned. The price was very reasonable ( half of the price of JFK parking) and the staff was very helpful. Highly recommend!!

My family had a fantastic experience with Smart Park on a very busy Sunday. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and a big part of that was thanks to our driver, DJ. He was incredibly pleasant, professional, and helpful — exactly the kind of person you want greeting you after a long flight. DJ got us from the airport to the lot quickly and safely, even with the heavy traffic. His calm demeanor and friendly attitude made the ride feel relaxed and efficient. I’ll definitely be using Smart Park again, and I hope DJ is our driver next time too!
