Went to Easter Mass here because I was in the area. A beautiful parish. One feels very welcomed.
I have only been here twice, once for Saturday vigil and again last week on Sunday morning family mass. It was two different celebrants (priests) but they were each phenomenal; easy to understand and truly inspirational. I kept thinking about and quoting the priest from the family mass all week long. I live in Nanuet very close to Saint Anthony’s and had been going there but I would usually forget what the priest said by the time I arrived home. The celebrants at St Aedan’s keep it simple and explain the gospel in such a way that is easy to remember and apply to our lives. Both homilies truly emphasized the practical teachings of Jesus Christ and I believe that even non Catholic Christians would truly enjoy and find these services rewarding. I truly recommend St Aedan’s and look forward to visiting them again.
