I love St. Paul's! The teachers are amazing and keep the kids engaged with plenty of activities and extras, including soccer, music and Spanish classes weekly. Mrs. Medina is a wonderful director, always warm and kind. Miss Kristen is a seasoned infant teacher with great experience keeping the babies safe and well loved. Miss Marissa in 3's is a light, she has so caring and brings so much fun to the classroom. Kids get plenty of outdoor time and spaces for activity inside as well. They are like family!
Amazing day care center. My baby loves it there. All teachers and staff are great!
St. Paul's Child Care Center is absolutely wonderful! Our daughter has thrived from her first day there! The communication from the director and the teachers is open and honest, and they are always willing to answer any questions I have. My daughter gets upset when I pick her up because she is having so much fun and wants to stay and play!
As someone who holds an MSEd in Early Childhood/Childhood Education and an MSEd in Literacy Education birth-grade 6 (along with multiple NYS teaching certifications that correspond to those degrees), I am blown away by the program! The center focuses on learning through play and experiential learning, as well as building social skills, all the while building a community of children who love learning! I cannot emphasize enough how valuable these skills are and what a solid foundation they provide for learning later in life. The center focuses on educating the whole child and providing scaffolded instruction in all areas.
St. Paul's Child Care Center is an amazing resource to the community!
*****IN RESPONSE TO EVELYNE RESSEL'S REVIEW*****
St. Paul's prioritizes the safety and security of the children and staff above all else. Unfortunately, in today's day and age, schools, daycare centers, and places of worship must be on alert at all times. This lady, who has no affiliation with the church or child care center, was sitting in her car watching the building; this is an immediate red flag and cause for suspicion. The director did everything by the book when she went out to investigate and subsequently asked this lady to leave; unfortunately, it took the mention of calling the police for this lady to go. As a parent, I am grateful that the director intervened in order to protect my daughter and all the other children and staff in the building.
Furthermore, while this is secondary to the safety issue, it should be noted that St. Paul's church, child care center, and parking lot are privately owned and maintained. Parking in the lot without permission is expressly forbidden and constitutes trespassing.
Amazing place to bring your children, highly recommend it
