I had a Supervisor at my home from HRA Adult Protection Agency. He put on a good show for himself. Telling me in about a week to get back to me. It is a month today . No letter, no return call and no email from him or his Supervisor. Do these people actually get paid for pretending to work. I am presently , looking for a housing lawyer and including HRA as part of my suite for neglect and false presentation . A disgraced HRA.

Every time I go here, it’s very frustrating. I have to wait a long time because they’re either understaffed or the staff doesn’t care enough. I can’t ever figure out which one it is…
No consideration for those waiting and waiting to see someone, and that's if they don't try to "pass the buck" and send you to another person. Went to 215 Bay Street location because they said I had a package set. Once again, I was told wrong, and had to go back where I started. I went there and got a ticket with number CG-1124, and they were only up to 1050, which meant that there were 73 tickets ahead of me, as well as other tickets in the area, and staff was taking their sweet time and had several people asking for a supervisor and then be approached by security to be removed from the building.
I got mandatory appointments to take care of and can't be wasting my time. I got too much to do, although they removed my furniture voucher worth $1,028.00 and can't seem to get assistance on it, and I already owe over $1,100.00 in credit card bills.
If you go, be ready to be frustrated.
