Generally, this is a great place to shop. The store is clean and organized and usually well stocked.

However, I would warn fellow shoppers that treatment of customers is often poor. While I’ve had some great staff encounters there (Jaheim and Maria are great), more often than not if there is an issue, you are met with rudeness and blame. As other people have mentioned, there is often a bait and switch situation with weekly sales, and a “customer is always wrong” attitude from some staff.

I went in recently and bought three 12-packs of Coke products, all marked as buy two get one free. However, after ringing up I was charged full price for all three. When I brought this to customer service, I greeted the woman working there with a smile and a hi,” and she responded with a scowl and a “what?” (I’ve never met her before, for the record; not sure if there is someone else who looks like me that she’s had a bad experience with?) When I pointed out the issue, she began arguing with me and telling me I was wrong. A manager was called and immediately matched the attitude of the customer service rep, even when I showed them pictures of the price tags on the rack. I was not given a resolution to the issue, and when I suggested they at least change their sale tags so this doesn’t happen to other customers, I got more condescending explanations that did not resolve the issue. I’m considering switching to another store as this keeps happening with supposed sales, and rude treatment from employees.

This is a very good location. There is a lot of available parking and carts can easily be found inside or outside. The store associates are knowledgeable and friendly. There is a wide selection of fresh produce as well as packaged items. They also include sections for gluten free, grain free, vegan/vegetarian and other specialty products. The facility is clean and well kept, the bathrooms are clean and store front is clean. The check out lines are kept moving and if you need help with self check out there will be attendants to assist. I would definitely recommend coming here, just keep in mind that some items are pricier than others.
