Storage Plus - Williamsburg

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to store my furniture for the last 6 months. The facilities were clean, conveniently located, and easily accessible. The staff were super helpful and the entire process, from move in to move out, was seamless. Highly recommend!

Came here running away from my other storage place they just kept raising my rent which is just annoying in this inflation. When I got here everything was quick, they explained everything I had to know without me asking and they didn’t mind printing hard copies (I know old school). For all my people running away from these horrible storages they don’t raise rent here your whole first year and it only happens 1 time a year after, I was on my 3rd rent increase in less than a year at my other spot which I just find insane. Everyone was patient and kind here. Place is clean and access hours were actually better than my old spot. Just come here! You won’t regret it

Best storage spot! They are clean + open good hours. Inari and team thank you for 2 incredible years during my project in NY. Will for sure be coming back, great customer service can be very hard to find in NY. Love that they also offer autopay option I signed up once and neverrr had to worry about it again. You can do updates easily on your phone even if you are out of the country. Spoke to them often since my project consisted of different pop up shops meaning there were many people on this project and they were always able to quickly assist and answer any questions. Unfortunately ppl weren’t as welcoming in other storages we also had in other boroughs which led us to move most of them here, definitely worth the travel. Glad I found you guys❤️

I have no complaints to share regarding my experience at Storage Plus Williamsburg. They have been extremely kind and accommodating to my needs, with fast response times over the phone and general politeness on location. For a reasonable fee and good amount of space I’ve been able to easily store all my belongings with no added stress. Highly recommend!!

Storage plus was recommended to me by a dear and trusted friend and the facility did not disappoint! Their uhaul discount was great for my first month and thereafter, pricey but competitive with other places in the neighborhood. The staff are all helpful and knowledgeable, the units are clean and there is a very convenient loading area.
The place is very secure and conveniently located in Bushwick near to the highways and byways of Brooklyn.
