Carlos is an engaging young man who knows his way around all of these so-called "Smart" devices. Better yet, he seldom, if ever, over-charges for his timely proficiency, impressive skills or helpful advice. In other words, he is not only an expert, he is a very honest expert. And take it from me, that is a rarity these days. Lap tops, desk tops, tablets and phones - he grasps them all. Whether Apple, HP, Dell, Acer, etc., he works on them all. I started using computers in the '80s in the high school where I taught for 30+ years. My first computer was an Apple IIe. I have had many different brands since then, and many "Smarter and Smarter" cell phones, and Carlos has repaired most of them and helped me adapt to many of the rapidly developing devices in cyber space and time. He is a 5 Star Techie!
My experience was excellent! He helped me with my computer and really knows his stuff. I truly appreciate everything he did—he went above and beyond to assist me. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient throughout the process.
I had an excellent experience getting my sons iphone screen fixed here! The technician was professional, honest, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything, gave a fair price, and had the phone looking brand new in no time. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs fast, reliable phone repairs. Truly outstanding service!
Carlos is the best! Not just in his ability to fix things and offer solutions but also just as a person, he’s kind, understanding and goes above and beyond to help his customers out. I was told by several people that my laptop couldn’t be fixed, but after leaving it with Carlos- I’m so happy to say he was able to work with Dell under my warranty and repair it! After months of hardship, I’m so grateful! He was also kind enough to offer me a loaner laptop so I could keep working while mine was being fixed. A total lifesaver. He is also communicative, quick with his solutions and always a pleasure to talk to. Our entire family goes to him for their tech issues. Thank you so much Carlos!!!
I brought my desktop to see if it can be fixed, kept on freezing and he ran extra diagnostics, but really couldn’t pin point the problem. I come to pick it up and said it could be the motherboard or cpu but will still freeze no matter what. He told me he would send me some recommendations for the motherboard based on my pc but did not send me anything, still waiting. From the get go he seemed like he really didn’t want to help me. I do not recommend this place.
