I had an uncomfortable experience during my Sunday visit. From the start, the iPad used for check-in was dirty, with visible hair particles on the screen, which was off-putting and should be cleaned after each use.

After checking in, I was taken to a room by a woman. About five minutes later, a male therapist entered and apologized, saying he was informed last minute that he had a client. I hadn’t requested a specific gender, and the situation felt odd and unsettling to me.

While I appreciated that he communicated throughout the massage, the experience went downhill when I asked for more pressure. Instead of adjusting appropriately, he leaned his full body weight into me using his forearms, which made me very uncomfortable. His fingernails were extremely long and dug into my skin, and the heavy breathing added to my unease. I was unable to relax at all.

The pricing and packages are affordable, but based on this experience, this place is not for me.

Jennifer was fantastic, I was initially so nervous as it was my first colonic. But she made me feel super comfortable and informed and I'm glad she was assigned to me. Next time I come in I will book with her. She made my experience great!

Christine is amazing! I had a knee replacement 3wks ago and came back to see her. After just two visits, I see a difference in my scar and my leg isn't feeling so heavy. I’ve been coming here for quite some time and have always had great experiences with the staff. Lori and Steve are always welcoming and make every visit enjoyable. However, today’s visit was disappointing. I had an interaction with a staff member named Michelle, and her attitude was unwelcoming and her customer service was far from approachable.

When I booked my appointment, Steven informed me that I would receive the Groupon price. Despite that, Michelle ended up overcharging me and then said she did it “out of habit.” While mistakes can happen, her tone and lack of professionalism made the situation uncomfortable. I’ve always enjoyed coming here, but this experience really stood out in a negative way.
