Simply the best in every aspect !
Without compare , the cleanest laundry mat I’ve ever been in. The wash and fold service they offer is better than ANY I’ve tried in the past.
The staff is friendly and personable.
    I recommend this laundry mat 100% !!

First of all, there are always two sides to the story, however, we have video recording and a witness, the one you called "American lady." So let me address what you wrote in your review:
#1 Laundry carts cannot go out of the laundromat because as it was explained to you, the wheels get rusty and unusable. Sadly, not many places are selling the cart wheels and if they are available, they are extremely expensive.
#2 The other lady never took the cart out. She took it to the door, not outside.
#3 Nobody was telling you how to do your laundry but you were told not to slam the doors. Just to let you know, you actually broke the computer of one of the dryers. You said you like to help small business but whatever money you spent that day for sure does not cover the 300 dollars we will have to pay for a new computer. I hope you realize how hard you were slamming the dryer doors that the computer overheated and now a dryer is out of service.
With that being said, there is no prejudice, we are really sorry you had an accident and obviously you were having a bad day, however, the poor machines didn't need to pay for it.
