We had the most amazing experience at The Pine Bush UFO & Paranormal Museum! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was outstanding honestly the best we’ve experienced in the Hudson Valley. Everyone was so welcoming, kind, and genuinely passionate about what they do.
Lance truly made the visit unforgettable. He is such a down-to-earth and incredibly knowledgeable person. What I really loved is that he doesn’t say things just to shock people or get a reaction he shares information thoughtfully, and he asks questions to see how much you know and how much you want to know. His passion for the subject makes the experience 1000x better, and because of that I totally recommend doing the guided tour. You won’t be disappointed!
My son walked away with a whole new perspective on aliens and paranormal activity. Lance really knows how to hold a crowd and explain things in a way that keeps both kids and adults engaged the entire time. The museum itself is filled with fascinating evidence, history, and displays you can tell so much care and research went into everything.
We went as a family with my husband and children and spent the day exploring the town and museum, and it turned into such a memorable experience for all of us. We’re already looking forward to the UFO Festival in June,we wouldn’t miss it! If you ask me, this is truly one of the best experiences in the Hudson Valley and an absolute MUST VISIT 👽✨
I don't usually leave reviews, but this was such a great time that it's absolutely worth mentioning. If you have an interest in this subject you will enjoy yourself. The staff are incredible, the tour is so much fun and the gift shop is adorable and has great prices. ✨💖✨ 👽🛸💫
Our tour guide Katie was delightful. She shared a lot of local history and presented the information collected for your consideration. There was a lot more to the museum than I expected in terms of the amount of documentation and the clever use of interior space. The decor, props, music, lighting and graphics blended perfectly with the raconteur and allowed us to share our thoughts about the information as well as our personal experiences. The haunted artifact building was unexpectedly weird but it was cool. I would visit again to see the jellyfish exhibit they were talking about or for an event.
Was a very fascinating tour. While i am skeptical about a lot of this stuff. The guide made it interesting and shared personal stories as well as stiries from other people he met on tour. It is a small place but definitely wkrth the trip, we are locals so flr us it wasnt a big deal.
My bf and I were staying nearby for the weekend and decided to check this place out. We had fun. We did self guided, but had someone guide us through part of it anyway for no extra fee. She was lovely. Nice staff. Interesting place. Fun photo op at the end.
