Shake and Grind never disappoints!
I’ve purchased lattes, cortados, protein smoothies and an occasional baked good and I’m always very satisfied with the overall high quality of their products.
The service is superb because Leza, the owner, is so genuinely friendly and accommodating to her customer’s requests. She’s always ready to serve you with a smile!
I do find the prices to be somewhat more elevated than some similar locally owned “mom & pop” coffee shoppe-cafes, but it doesn’t keep me from going back because every other aspect about Shake and Grind is very pleasing to me.

This coffee shop is an absolute gem—so quaint, cozy, and welcoming. Whether you’re stopping in for a great cup of coffee or one of their delicious protein smoothies, you can’t help but leave feeling happier than when you arrived. The atmosphere is uplifting, the quality is consistently excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. A 10/10 experience every time—highly recommend!

I live for the Gluten Free Cranberry Orange Biscotti!! Amazing cafe for coffee, fresh press juice and gluten free pastries while I’m in town. There are zero other available options in town for gluten free and fresh juices!! Incredibly friendly and thoughtful owner and well kept location. A local staple! Worth checking out and 10min from the airport💗✨
