Time to Get nail & spa

I have been getting my nails done by Anna for about 8 years!! This place is wonderful and recently did an Amazing expansion as well as all New Equipment..: it looks BEAUTIFUL.

Went here for years and have been happy. Now, I honestly I think this past week will likely be my last visit. After the last couple of visits I noticed a decline but this last one really changed my impression. I was completely rushed to make my choices and sit in the chair even though the place was fairly empty. My pedicure was the quickest I have ever had and three days after getting it, it looked terrible and one toe is already chipped….after a casual weekend away…no reason it should have happened….regular pedicures typically last weeks for me. My powder gel manicure was the worst manicure I ever had anywhere. The manicurist, who I never saw there before, was not focused on what she was doing and each layer was “bumpy “ and imperfect so she kept adding more layers of powder….they ended up so thick that I can’t even stand looking at my hands. In addition, 4 of my fingers were cut and bled from one step or another in the process and days later they still sting and two of them have scabs. I think they have seriously gone down hill and after going there since they opened, I am sad to say that I don’t think I will return.

Nails came out great, however it’s very dirty in there. Instead of staff sitting on their phones on a slow day they should really be cleaning, the counters were crusty, as was the uv nail machines I put my hands in.

So happy I found this place! I’m very picky and have had a hard time finding a nail salon I really like in this area, but my powder gel manicure from Mary is exactly what I wanted! I will definitely continue using this nail salon.
