I’ve been going to Tire Express in East Islip for many years, and they’ve always provided excellent service. Recently, my check engine light came on, and they quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it within a day, and charged a very reasonable rate. They even took the extra step to fill my tires when they noticed my tire pressure gauge was on. The team here is always thorough, kind, and professional. I truly trust them with my car and highly recommend Tire Express to anyone looking for honest, reliable and professional service

Both Rob and Cathy were wonderful to deal with when getting new tires for a Volkswagen. Courteous, honest and humorous, you're a fool if you go anywhere else. Strongly recommend!

The team at tire express is fantastic; I have been using them for years and even after moving to wading river I will still make the trip out to have them tend to my Jeep. Very reasonable prices for new tires and they get the job done right and quick! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for any car needs.

I know Tire Express is owned by a couple and they and their employees are all a pleasure to work with. Recently, my son who goes to school in Cleveland must have driven through a construction site and punctured his tires in so many places, it was towed to a local tire shop and I needed to purchase 4 new tires. I thought for sure he was being taken advantage of so I called Tire Express for advice. Twice, she took my phone call and answered my questions about the tires they were trying to sell him along with other services. She gave me great advice that saved me a lot of money and ensured I wasn't being ripped off. Keep in mind that while I have purchased tires from Tire Express over the years, I'm not in there enough that she knows who I am. I could hear in the background she was busy, so I tried to be quick, but never once did she rush me off the phone while knowing I wasn't giving them business. This sets the example of quality customer service.

Super friendly staff and The greatest service around I had new rims and tires mounted on my F-150 I accidentally told them that I had a 18-in rim so they ordered tires for me but mistakenly I had a 17-in rim Scott was super helpful and got me the correct tire a few hours later and mounted them quickly with no issues what so ever to get me back on the road that same day with new rims and tires set.
