I realized the hard way that an insurance company is only as good as the quality of the agent. I was assigned to Broderick when I first signed up with State Farm. For illogical reasons State Farm switched me to another agent. It was a terrible experience! I was used to the professionalism and follow through that I had experienced with Broderick. It was only when I threatened to cancel my policy after 20 years with SF that SF switched me back. It’s really hard to find the level of service Broderick provides. At the risk of being corny, he is like a good neighbor and is there when you need him
