Toodles Hair Design – A Five-Star Experience with Colleen!
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Colleen at Toodles Hair Design! Every visit with her is an absolute delight. She is a true artist when it comes to hair, and I leave her chair feeling confident, refreshed, and looking my best every single time.
Colleen has an incredible eye for color—my hair always turns out perfect, with the most beautiful, natural-looking dimension. Whether it’s a fresh touch-up or a complete refresh, she knows exactly how to achieve the perfect shade that complements my skin tone and style. And let’s talk about the cut—flawless every time! She understands my hair type and creates a shape that looks effortless yet polished.
Beyond her talent, Colleen is just the kind of stylist everyone dreams of—kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure I leave happy. She takes the time to listen, offers great advice, and works with such precision and care. Every appointment feels like a luxurious experience, and I appreciate the way she makes me feel pampered and valued as a client.
If you’re looking for a stylist who consistently delivers perfection, Colleen is the one! She’s an absolute gem, and I feel so lucky to have found her. Highly recommend!
Tom. Madeline and Colleen are fantastic at cuts, color and hair styling. It's a great place to have all your hair needs taken care of!!
I booked a wash, cut, dry (I learned when I arrived that any basic styling after a dry is an extra charge…) Extremely overpriced for quality of hair cut and salon experience. First of all, I absolutely hate hair salons that up-charge for the basics. A women’s hair cut should include a dry and basic style. This is especially true when we live somewhere that is cold 6+ months of the year. Also, what exactly is the tip for if I’ve already been nickeled and dimed? Second, if you are going to charge extra for these basic services, PUT PRICES ON YOUR WEBSITE. It is 2021 - I shouldn’t have to call a business for pricing info. They also don’t accept any form of electronic payment (no credit cards, no Vemno, no PayPal). Annoying - but at least I was told upfront. Third, I booked a wash, cut, dry because I don’t like my hair dry cut; it never goes well. Show up to my appointment and stylish dry cuts my hair before washing it. She tells me she’s just going to do the basic trim dry and then will do layering and such after wash. She barely did anything to my hair after it was washed. Hair cut felt rushed; no attention to detail. This was especially frustrating given 1) the high price 2) I’m a new customer and 3) this was a rescheduled appointment - I was originally schedule several days before (an appointment I’d made almost a month prior) and stylist text within hours of original appointment to cancel and reschedule. I paid and tipped, but I won’t return.
]Colleen does an amazing job to cut my hair! I am very lax in doing much to style my hair, she knows this and cuts it to look good styled and wash and go. Plus very reasonable rates. I love this salon, highly recommend !
I wish I were a local. After having my hair done, including color, by the same stylist for 13 years, I moved away. Then, before I was settled in the new state, I needed a touch up in time for a wedding. I can't remember the name of the dynamic Irish woman who confidantly matched the color and gave me a new cut, but she was fabulous. The shop is cute and up to date, right behind Two Alice's. I highly recommended.
