We just had a great experience with the Town of Marlborough Building Department. Penny was extremely friendly and efficient and took care of our need immediately, which we did not expect. A pleasure to work with!
I've been a carpenter for 35 years and this is the first building inspector who ever consistently did inspections within 24 hours of request and a few times on the same day. I've had to shut down jobs for a week or more while waiting for inspections. What a pleasure!
My experiences with Town of Marlborough have been very good. Their Police are very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. 911 response time is excellent, so is Ambulatory service. EMTs are always fast, friendly and helpful. The MHS Dare Officer cares about our young people.The Town Clerk is extremely efficient, and also friendly. I think we are lucky to have all of them working together, keeping us safe and informed.
