Kalman responded to my request on StreetEasy to a unit. He mentioned and showed me another unit in the same building that I ended up liking more, and helped me get an app accepted for my preferred unit, even though it was potentially already in contract. Kalman was quick to respond and communicate between myself and the building management/landlord throughout the entire signing process. Definitely recommend his help if you are looking for an apartment in the Brooklyn/Manhattan area.

I worked with Kalman after reaching out to him regarding a StreetEasy listing. He replied to my email the same day, offering to show the apartment. I wasn't the biggest fan of that particular unit, but he then showed me one I loved which was in the perfect location for me. In the end, he managed to set me up in that apartment (keys in hand) within 9 days of first messaging him.
I would very much recommend working with Kalman if you are in New York and looking for a place to live!
