The level of customer service was satisfactory, but unfortunately, the cleaning service fell short as my suit was returned to me still dirty.
I take my suits here to be dry cleaned. They do a good job. Friendly service too.
I been going to this establishment since they took over from Belmont Cleaners. My experience has always been positive and the customer service excellent. I saw a negative comment about a comforter and I asked the current owner of Valentina about it. He said that the Comforter was never dropped at his location but at a sub-contractor and the comforter was returned and then misplaced. Now, accusing the owner’s wife of keeping it because she may like it???? That is just non-sense. I don’t think that a established owner of two dry cleaners would be stealing a comforter of a client regardless of how beautiful the comforter may be.
