This store is the best. All the workers & owner are extremely kind & patient as well as answer any questions & work with you. Danny personally helped me today in getting a new phone & went above & beyond. If you have any issues go to this store for a more personal experience!!

Our experience at the Verizon store on McLean Avenue in Yonkers was exceptional! Danny was so accommodating, knowledgeable and courteous about the whole process of upgrading our phones…would highly recommend to anyone in the area!

I went to this store because my phone just kept restarting itself. Like most people my phone is my lifeline and I need it for work. There's many contacts in my phone I can't lose as well as photos I would be very sad to lose. I was told it would be difficult to get things over to my new phone because we need the phone to stay on, but the team was willing to stick with it. They never gave up! Danny tried EVERYTHING. I was there from 2:30 until after the store was meant to close at 6. The team stayed behind to make sure I had everything I needed, and all my info ended up transferring over! They never complained and showed wonderful patience. I even signed up for their wifi and got a great deal! It's rare to find associates that don't give up so easily. I feel comfortable knowing I can go to this store and ill get the help I need. Thanks guys!

He was very polite and nice. He helped to me find a solution to my phone problem. He made an excellent effort to make sure I get what I need it to make me happy. He actually made my day. That day lol… thank you for everything I really appreciate all the help I got that day.

I went to the Verizon store on McLean Avenue with a screen problem. I was very concerned about recovering my pictures and videos of my kids, in addition to everything else on my phone. Danny and the guys in the store helped with this process with patience, understanding, and reassurance. They were able to help me recover everything. I wound up upgrading because I was overdue for a new phone anyway. They were excellent all-around, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The atmosphere was relaxed as they got the job done. I highly recommend.
