Care is delivered via a team approach, resulting in high level communication between the various disciplines of care as well as an enhanced level of communication with both patients and families.
Medical services are delivered through an in-house model of care, resulting in greater physician availability and a more immediate response to patient needs. The Waterview medical model also serves to reduce unnecessary hospitalizations.
Recent rejuvenation efforts at Waterview Nursing Care Center have aimed to enhance both aesthetic appeal and functional quality. Renovations include updated resident rooms, modernized shared areas.

When I walk into a nursing home, I expect a place where those I hold dear are gonna feel safe and respected, and Waterview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has that homelike atmosphere that every family wishes for their loved ones. I was impressed by the professionalism of the administration and the nursing staff, they are undoubtedly very resourceful when it comes to addressing your issues, making sure that no questions are left unanswered. And also it was amazing to see how the employees are respectful and compassionate to the residents, I wouldn’t expect less. I wanted to mention that I’ve heard some residents saying that the therapy team are making miracles, so Keep up the great work. By the way, the housekeeping staff are on top of their job, this nursing home is so refreshing, never had a complaint when it comes to the cleanliness of this place. One thing is certain, when you leave your loved ones at Waterview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, you can walk out the door knowing that they are left with people who do care. Thank you!

My 99 year-old Mom just came home after a 4 month stay at Waterview Nursing & Rehab Center. We are extremely grateful to the Waterview staff for the love, attention and excellent service extended to my Mom during her stay! The staff was always very attentive, respectful and LOVING towards and we will always remember them with gratitude and appreciation for making my Mom comfortable and content during her entire stay, and for making us feel welcome and at home during our daily visits. I'd like to commend the 2nd floor team, Nurse Supervisor Heather, Raj, Judith, Jessica, Jasmin, and the rest of the second floor staff that worked directly with my Mom. My sincerest compliments to the Physical and Occupational Therapy Team, who were always very professional without losing the human-touch. A very, very special mention to the Administrative Directors team: Alison, Aliza, Daniela, Colissa, for making the process seem so easy, and for your constant support from the intake until the discharge, and even after, and for your patience with our never-ending questions and inquiries. And a very, very, very, special mention and compliments to Dwight (apologies if I don't have the correct spelling of his name), for his excellent, professional, warm and caring attitude, day in and out, at the front-desk.
